Your phone has several levels of security:
- Lock the phone to prevent unauthorized calls. To unlock it, you must enter a code. A locked phone still rings, but you must unlock it to answer.
- Lock applications to prevent unauthorized use of certain features, such as the browser or messaging.
Your phone’s four-digit unlock code is originally set to 1234. Your service provider may reset it to last 4 digits of phone number. The six-digit security code is originally set to 000000. If your service provider didn’t change these codes, you should change them.
