I can't fully charge the battery of my V360 Поделиться Опции

Hello everbody, I'm new here, first I wanna congratulate you for your forum, but, and as you can see I don't speak russian but a bit of english. Ok, here is my problem, I have a V360 and when I try to charge the battery it charges only up to 60-75%. It doesn't fully charge even with the usb or with the charger. The last I did with my phone was changing the flex cable. Could be caused beacuse of it? Or should I get a new battery? Thanks everybody.

Didn't your phone fall down, for example, on the floor? Maybe it's charging controller broke, may be smth else. And how old is your phone? Remember, every Lithium-Ion battery has a number of cycles, tha you can charge-recharge. May be it's really time to change your battery.
So, we can make two conclusions: or your battery died and you have to change it, or your charging controller also died, and you have to change it in Service Center in your city. Wright here or private if you want to ask something
