Here is the linuxmod rc2+bootsd+fulledit.
The objetive is have the S.O. of the cell phone and boot that in the SD, all CG's are in that system, and can by modded, configurations, programs, and a lot more..
Just i say, the S.O. is in the SD, in that form, that don't form part of the cell phone structure, it is a linux
structure alternative, just like a standar linux, in that way we can boot this S.O. with doesn't danger, when we want...
DOn't wxit's CG's and slashes, it's a filesystem cloned of all the cell phone CG's to the SD, fot that, in case you made a mistake yopu can ionstall again, or edit the system, and after that boot without troubles, the cell phone boot as usual, but once in SP2 you can chose boot the new S.O., if the cell phone boot after a error, it does in SP2 as usual, waiting for a a new boot or a edition of the error...
The features are:
*New kernel, without unionfs, direct boot with swap, and memory adjust.
*Boot of custom kernel's, modules ajusted.
*Edition of the filesystem by FTP, or with memory reader in Linux or windows with ext3 support
*Kernel task manager modified for a better velocity
*Keep a SD sector in vfat for put files and good compatibility
*The toolkit e2fsprog ver 1.4.1 has been cross compiled for work in Z6 and verify the integrity of the system
You don't need flash nothing else, just linuxmodSP2 and the full edit and follow the instructions, in the zip have 4 files
This are the steps, respect it, they are simple, just simple scripts
Files:
1-Readme-leeme.txt: this file
2-LRC2sdboot.sbf: a RC2 modified for work with new boot and filesystem
flash just once
3-install.sh: this install the system
4-zboot.tar: the system, and some tools for check integrity
ATENTION: make a backup of your SD, this will we particioned and formated
Steps for installation
1- Flash Lrc2sdboot.sbf normally
2- Conect the cell phone in the USB and entry in telnet
cd /usr/data_resource/z6sd #go to this directory
ATENTION! execute just one option, it depends of your SD size
ATENTION! if you SD is partioned, restore it to only one partition
-If you have a 2GB SD execute:
sh part-2gb.sh
reboot # reboot the phone for restore partition table
-If you have a 1GB SD execute:
sh part-1gb.sh
reboot # reboot the phone for restore partition table
3- Entry in telnet again
cd /usr/data_resource/z6sd #go to this directory again
sh formatsd.sh # Create ext3 in /dev/mmca2 and swap
4-Go to the cell phone menu, file explorer and format the SD
5-Copy files:
install.sh
zboot.tar
to the SD /mmc/mmca1 ,
use telnet in windows or linux
6-Go to telnet again
cd /mmc/mmca1 # go to the SD directory in vfat.
sh install.sh # Execute the installer, it just take about 3-5 minutes
# you can smoke or take a cafe =) lol
The installer say when it finish
7-Put a .jar in the SD, after you install zLauncher
8- Disconect the cell phone from the PC, and reboot the cell phone.
9-go to
/mmc/mmca1/zboot
and click startme.sh
10- END (HAPPY)
Boot:
First use a E8 boot loader, you can see in the screen, and after that charge the kernel, you can see in the screen too,
first with a low light and after a high, it take about 15-30 seconds...
If don't start at first try, take off batery and try again...
When start you can see the background is blue and the font is new
wait 10 seconds and enjoy
For edit remember:
*this S.O. in the SD in /dev/mmca2
*is independent of cell phone S.O.
*For edit something you have to mount, copy and paste your changes and boot again
Steps:
*Restart the phone in SP2
*Go to telnet
cd /mmc/mmca1/zboot
sh editmmca.sh
*Go to FTP /mnt/msc_int0/mmca2
*For example change the font or skins, etc...
*Disconect the USB, reboot phone and start the full edit
If you made a mistake, start in step 6 reinstalling all
Optative:
in /mmc/mmca1/zboot/z6extfs you have tools for check the partition ext3 in /dev/mmca2
You can fix using RC2 and executer ./fsck /dev/mmca2, it will restore the partition
Be free enjoy
