Исчезают Записи В Справочнике Поделиться Опции

Вроде такая тема была, но внятно никто ничего не сказал. В общем пропадают записи в справочнике, причем ни с чего. Вроде запись была и вдруг уже нет. Кто знает как можно изличить глюк.

Вот что я написал в поддержку Motorola UK:

Subject: BUG: Phonebook entries delete themselves spontaneously

Problem:
When the phonebook is set to display primary contacts, editing entries and assigning pictures to them causes some entries to disappear.

Reproducible: always

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Upload the attached test file to the handset using the Backup/Restore feature of Motorola Phone Tools.
2. Set the phonebook settings on the handset as follows:
-View by: Picture
-Sort by: Name
-View: Primary Contacts
-Search Method: Jump To
3. Assign pictures to the contacts using the handset menu.
4. Backup the phonebook using Motorola Phone Tools.
5. Compare new backup and original data - some entries will be missing.

Affected firmware version: R4513_G_08.B7.DCR_RB

Other handsets that exhibit similar problem: E1, V360, V535, V620, V635.
E1 firmware R373_G_0E.30.42R has a problem, while version R373_G_0E.30.79R does not.
