Today is a day, that many of the mobile enthusiast was waiting for it. Google finally release the source code of their OS Android. You can download it from http://source.android.com/download .
The bad news is that, you will need to use Linux or Mac OS. Building under Windows is not currently supported.
Anyway - i believe that many of the modders here know Linux very well
