If you want to help in decryption of key, you necessary to do following:
1). Download
http://moto.inhex.net/client/client_dll.zip и
http://moto.inhex.net/client/client_20050906.zip
Extract all to one dir.
2). Register on server http://moto.inhex.net/
3) Press “Set”
4). Run programm. Enter server "moto.inhex.net/cgi-bin/serv.cgi", your login and password.
5). Press "Fetch package».
6). Press "Start". Wait end (100%).
7). Press "Send package».

Repeat p. 5-7 or press "Auto».

We need your PC to find a secret number which is used as a key to a firmware.
With this key we will be able to do anything : modify firmware, fix bugs, add new features e.t.c.
So let's make our phones much, much better together!!!

what you need to do :

1. Register (goto : http://moto.inhex.net/)
2. Download client app. ( OSTA нужно залить куда нить клиент и дать ссылу, причем лучше одним архивом клиент и dll )
3. After finishing download extract the archive.
4. Run "motorsa.exe"
5. In the "URL" field type "www.moto.inhex.net/cgi-bin/serv.cgi"
6. Type your login and password in corresponding fields (make sure login and pass are identical to those you specified during
registration)
7. In the low left corner type "1" and press "Set" *****
8. Press "Fetch package"
9. Press "Start"

by moving the "priority" slider you can control the CPU resources redistribution
the default value is ok in most cases. Increasing the priority will make the client work faster,
but other apps are going to slow down(do so if you are not going to use your PC for a while,
for example at night)
If you feel your PC slows down, try to decrease priority.


***** Important!
if you have Pentium4 with Hyper Treading enabled, you can run 2 clients at once, to get 100% CPU load
1. run client and choose "1" in low left corner
2. run another copy of client and choose "2" in low left corner
3. Do everything else as usual.


FAQ

Q: Is it necessary to process all packages to find a key ?
A: No, the amount of packages we need to process to find a key is rather a small part of all packages.

Q: What is the exact quantity of all packages?
A: Well... about 10^150. (a number with 150 zeros).

Q: How long does it takes to process one package ?
A: About a few days on average PC (for example it takes about 19 hours to process package on AMD 64 3000)

Q: How much time will it take to find a key?
A: It depends on how much people is going to participate in this project.(from one month to a year or even more)

Q: What's the size of a package ?
A: About 400 bytes.

Q: I have only 128mb of ram, is that enought?
A: The client needs only 5mb of ram.

Q: I made xx% and the client suddenly crashed, it means i lost all the work?
A: No. Just restart the program, and the work will continue.

Q: My login is "John Smith" the program is not working, what should I do ?
A: Login must not contain spaces.

Q: How can I put the client to tray...?
A: You can use TrayIt: http://www.teamcti.com/TrayIt

Q: How can I find out that the key is allready found?
A: Just process and send the package. When we find the key you'll be informed.

Q: I have several PC's how can I make them work together ?
A: You need to make a separate account for each of them.
