You got it all wrong 368_g_0b.a0.11r is Firmware from Motorola c390 (Same as Motorola c380 only with bluetooth).
And as we know there is no camera in that phone, so there would be no video camera.

I have forgotten about your language again. How to update firmware without installing russian langpack:

It is required:

• Download file R368_G_0B.A0.11R_PDS001_LP0039_DRM0001_JPJAVA_G_0B_C390_01_00_01I_SE8952AXXN102E_1FF.shx
• Download Additional_files.rar (file of menu structure mma_ucp, file of photo camera settings ovfirmware.bin, file of Club Lights funlight.pat and file of phone settings 0032_0001.seem)

• P2K Man by Vilko
• FlashBackup by Random [random.motofan.ru]

Actions:
1. Charge phone's battery.

2. Connect phone to a computer.

3. Run FlashBackup.

4. On Setup screen choose forder for the future files of backups (reserve copies of firmware).

5. On screen "Backups" choose Backup Mode = Full BackUp and Phone Memory Size = 16 MB.

6. Push button Create. Wait a few minutes.

7. On screen "Backups" choose Backup Mode = PDS Backup.

8. Push button Create. Wait a few minutes.

If you update your firmware according my manual and if there will be any problems, you can return all.

I have no problems using R368_G_0B.A0.11R firmware.

After update your phone will be recognized as Motorola c390. You can change it, using program P2K Tools, but it is not necessity.

There is no Hebrew in base langpack. You should find necessary langpack and install it.
Langpacks with Hebrew:
0012 = UK English, Hebrew, Arabic, Russian
0033 = UK English, French, Hebrew, Arabic, Russian, Spanish, Turkish
But langpack must be for R368-series firmware (It's name should contain "R368")
We have a lot of langpack (here), but there is no R368-series langpack with Hebrew.

There is one more way. It is possible to add a Hebrew in base langpack, but I am not assured, that it will be correct to work.
