cxlyx, where have you downloaded it?
Download this firmware from here: http://www.osta.arler.com/ It has the .SHX format. You should flash it with FlashBackup, PST or RSD Lite.
Then make following things:

C380 Adaptation:
1. upload to your phone with Mexplorer.exe in P2K-mode attached files (mma_ucp & mma_dcp) to path /a/mobile/system/
2. disconnect phone from computer and insert opcode:
Access the "Opcode" menu by pressing buttons on the phone: 'menu'-0-4-8-2-6-3-*
Enter this: Opcode "47" "OK" Field 1 "279" "OK" Field 2 "1" "OK" Field 3 "3" "OK" Field 4 "3" "OK" Field 3. (D) "051000056" "OK" (pnone now becomes С380)
Restart your phone.
