Here's my problem:
When I try to play any video on my moto E770v the screen turns green,but there is still sound in the back.Also I have a rpoblem with mp3,but that doesnt matter because MP4 Audio format working great.

Can you tell me what to do to fix my video problem

Somebody told me that I can solve my problem here on motofan,but it look's like there is no help.

That man also told me that I can fix my problem if I flash my phone with firmware for E770 (nobranded firmware) not E770v,because vodafone do not support mp3 & 3gp.
Is that correct?

I think that another firmware will help fix your problem. Try this Vibo R252211_U_85.92.E3P_Hardcore_PsY_Edition. You can download it here

I flashed my phone with R25221_U_85_92_E3P_Unlocked_PsY_Edition - Bootloder 0671 because my phone has bootloader 0.6.7.1.
But same problem.I also saw on phone screen during the flash this text: "SW Upgrade in Progress...".What have I done to my phone flash it or upgrade it.

How to do full flash.

One man told me that I need this:
